Order& Payments

All orders are processed through PayPal for your online safety. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We are sorry, we do not accept C.O.D orders, however, if you do not have access to online ordering capabilities you can call our sales department at 877-788-7902 and leave a message  with your name, phone number and timezone. All phone orders will be processed through Square. A sales rep  will call to assist you. All orders must be sent to the credit card billing addresses. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED. When your account includes an email address, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. When it is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notice by email. We do not and cannot send orders to Post Office boxes.

Shipping Information

Shipping prices are based on order total (excluding tax). $0 - $15.00 is $4.95; $15.01 - $30.00 is $6.95; $30.01 - $50.00 is $8.95 and $50.01 and above is $10.95 and will usually arrive within 7 - 10 business days.  We ship by USPS Priority Mail Only. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays within the United States. If an order is received on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on the following Monday. If you place an order on a Federal Holiday, it will processed on the next business day. Currently we ship to the Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and any U. S. Territories will be handled on a case by case basis by our Sales Department. 

Damages or Lost Merchandise during shipment is the delivery companies responsibility. Claims must be quickly filed with the carrier. Although it is the addressee's responsibility to initiate damage claims against the carrier, our sales department will be happy to assist you. 

ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING. ONLY AUTHORIZED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED AND YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH AN EMAIL ADDRESS, AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT.

CANCELLATION
Due to our high level of efficiency at processing, fulfilling and shipping all orders, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been submitted.

Return Policy

​

Since we are committed to customer satisfaction beyond the sale, merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied with proper documentation, an return authorization number, original packing slip and all packaging. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Items sent back without a return authorization number will be returned at the owners expense. A return authorization number can be obtained by emailing  naturessoft@outlook.com with name address, phone number, order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment only. The items listed below cannot be returned: Individual items purchased as part of a gift set, Gift Sets without the original basket. All items must be returned in original condition. 

EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our payment systems, we are unable to process new orders via the return process, i.e. exchanges. If you wish to repalce an item, please place another order online. Be advised, that shipping fees and return shipping fees are non refundable and any returned item refund will not include shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
